Dr. Zhongsu Chen

Dr. Zhongsu Chen joined Shanghai Stock Exchange as Deputy Chief Technology Officer
in 2001 after living in the US for 20 years. He was responsible for the development of the exchange's
New Generation Trading System (NGTS) which was the largest IT project in China's securities industry
since founding China's securities market in early 1990's. He also led the working group that defined
China's Securities Trading Exchange Protocol (STEP) which is Chinese version of FIX (Financial
Information eXchange) protocol, served as an advisor for Shenzhen Stock Exchange Technology Development
Strategy Committee. In 2006, he served as a technical advisor in the Working Group for Founding of
China Financial Futures Exchange which will start trading index futures soon.
Dr. Chen joined Time Innovation Ventures as a managing director in 2005. He is
currently the chairman of Globalview Technology Development Corp. and serves on the board of directors
in China Transinfo Technology Corp. (Nasdaq: CTFO ), Beijing Xiakexing Networking Technologies. He
is currently a Vice President of Entrepreneur Alliance within China's Western Returned Scholar's
Association (WRSA). Previously, he was a Vice President of Chinese Association for Science and
Technology in USA (1999-2000), Board Director (1999-2001).

She joined Merrill Lynch Equity Technology in 2000, where she built up strong knowledge of electronic
trading. Carrie moved into Equities Trading in 2005 and she now manages the electronic sales team to
market the products to Merrill Lynch's client base. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Carrie worked at
Fidelity Investment Japan, ING Baring, UBS and Salomon Brothers.
Alan Dean

Alan is responsible for developing the global cross asset FIX connectivity value
proposition for HSBC. His team provide development and maintenance of the FIX environment and Customer

Alan spent 20 years in Information Technology in the Markets arena, before
transferring into the Business area in 2007. Prior to joining HSBC in 2005, Alan was the Chief
Technology Officer of E-Crossnet, His experience includes creating an online multi-broker trading
environment that enabled straight through processing for Customers orders / executions and FIX
enabling the Buy-side Equities Matching environment for E-Crossnet.

Fang Han Lin
Vice President

Fang Han Lin is the Vice President of Hundsun Technologies Inc., a premier financial
IT solutions provider in China. The firm is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and employs over 1800
professionals.
Mr. Fang started his career at Hundsun in 1997, beginning as a software engineer, and
subsequently served in a number of different posts, including R&D, team management, sales and marketing
as well as business development.
A veteran in financial IT, he has witnessed the growth of China's financial services
industry from its inception in the '90s. With his experience and insight, he continues to be
instrumental in the development of the financial IT industry as head of the Investment Management
Solutions division, which serves the technological needs of buy-side institutions. He also provides
oversight to the Securities solutions and marketing division.
Mr. Fang holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering & Instruments from
Zhejiang University and an EMBA from the China-Europe International Business School.
John Fildes

E. John Fildes is the Managing Director of Instinet Pacific, responsible for all
the operations of Instinet in non-Japan Asia. Prior to this he was with Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong
for 10 years where he held positions as the Head of Equity Marketing and Head of Electronic and
Program Trading for the Institutional Equity Division in Asia-Pacific. Before that he was the Head
of MSCI for Asia Pacific and was actively involved in the launch of MSCI futures contracts for Taiwan
and Singapore on SIMEX. He is also the Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific FIX (Financial Information Exchange
Protocol) Steering Committee and is active in promoting the protocol throughout the region. He has
been a member of the Steering Committee since 2000. He has written and spoken extensively on the
subject of FIX and Electronic Trading.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Mr. Fildes held various
positions in Europe with the Financial Times Group, Standard and Poor's and Reuters and has an
extensive knowledge of the financial information marketplace.
Simon Gleave

Simon is the partner in charge of KPMG's Financial Services practice in China. He
has been working in Beijing since 2001 and has been involved in the IPO projects of China Construction
Bank and CITIC Industrial Bank. He has significant banking experience in China from projects including
a diagnostic review and numerous due diligences of large and medium scale commercial banks. Simon also
acts as the lead partner for a number of Chinese clients listed in the US as well as the Hong Kong stock
markets.
Before his move to Beijing, Simon was the engagement partner for the Hong Kong
Monetary Authority study of the Hong Kong banking sector providing recommendations to improve market
regulation, which included interest rate deregulation and deposit protection.
Simon has also focused on a number of clients with securities operations, including,
broking, trading and market arbitrage. Specific projects have included acquisition due diligence,
compliance and operations reviews and fraud investigation.
Guo Chun

from 1987, Guo Chun has more than 20 years of experience in securities brokerage and investment banking.
Guo Chun joined Shanghai Shenyin Securities in 1990 as the Shanghai Regional Head. After the merge of
Shanghai Shenyin Securities and Shanghai Wanguo Securities, Guo Chun was appointed the Deputy Managing
Director of Shenyin Wanguo (HK) Group Limited in 1997 and the Executive Director in May 2000. In May
2008, Guo Chun was concurrently appointed the General Manager of International Business Division,
Shenyin Wanguo Securities.

Huang Yue

Mr. Huang Yue joined SSE Infonet in 2004 and now he is the chief of real time
information business department. As a project manager, he worked with his colleagues and developed SSE
level-2 new data feed based on FIX/STEP Protocol in 2006. In 2008, his team has finished developing the
level-2 FAST system and high performance has been achieved.
Prior to joining SSE Infonet, he had worked as a managing director in an Information
security company(Wellhope Information Co., Ltd) for 3 years.
Mr. Huang graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1993,
and received his Master degree and Ph.D in Shanghai Jiaotong University(SJTU) in 1995 and 1998. During
1999-2001, he has worked as a post doctoral fellow in the department of computer science and engineering
in SJTU.
Chris Jenkins

Chris Jenkins is Executive Director for TORA Trading, responsible for the Asian
offices, including a major data centre and sales operations for all non-Japan Asian business.
At TORA, Mr. Jenkins manages commercial activities based on TORA¡¦s multi-broker
electronic trading platform which is focused on Asia and has operations across the region. He was
formerly the Regional Head of Sales for SWIFTNet FIX. Before joining SWIFT, Mr. Jenkins set up
operations for Macgregor in Hong Kong. He spent 3 years working at AXA Investment Management in
London and prior to that worked for Midland Stockbrokers.
Mr. Jenkins has been an active member and supporter of FPL in Hong Kong and is
currently the Co-Chair of the Education and Marketing Committee of FPL in Asia promoting the use of
Electronic trading throughout the region.

Dr. David Dapeng Li

Responsibility includes all technology areas in the exchange. The major assignment
is to lead the effort of building a new generation exchange systems (NGES). Lead the exchange level
risk management project. For Phase I of NGES (2003-2006), completed business analysis, framework
definition, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment steps to make a very successful
delivery of trading, market data publishing, partial of clearing to a new level of capacity. At the
same time led the effort to build a development team from 0 to 80 people. Entire budget for the phase
I was 170 million RMB. During Phase II of NGES (2006-2007), delivered a brand new risk management system
with budget of 25 million RMB. Phase II included consulting done by one of top business schools in China
on theoretical modeling. After that, developing task was done solely by the technical team under my
management. The result gave business units superior satisfaction, especially on real time stress results
within 1 minutes for entire Shanghai Futures Exchange market. Right now lead the Phase III of NGES to
focus on back-end processing, including re-architect and develop clearing/delivery business model.
The research responsibility in SHFE is advisor of post doctor program with two
post-doc researchers each year under my supervision. Currently one researcher focuses on commodity
index products, and another one focuses on financial engineering, specially on market data mining.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Mr. Molina worked for the Scudder Kemper group
trading Asian Securities. He is currently Co-chairman of FIX Protocol Limited Asia where he is
responsible for the promotion of electronic trading in the region.
